SUSHI AND BUBBLES AT ROMEO HOTEL NAPLES WITH KEISUKE ARAMAKI

Sushi and bubbles is the new menu of ROMEO Sushi Bar & Restaurant that combines the original flavors of the Orient to the taste of sparkling prosecco. To delight the audience Naples (not!), from 8 October to November 2, 2014, will once again be the culinary art of Chef Keisuke Aramaki.
The menu is typically Japanese and includes, among other things, the Edamame, a tantalizing and wanted an appetizer made with soy beans, and a selection of Nigiri, Maki and the must of the rising sun. Even the dessert is covered in Eastern the key classic and delicious crème brûlée is enriched of exotic and delicate flavor of ginger.
To accompany it, a glass of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene delle antiche cantine Bortolomiol.
The pairing with prosecco was born to exalt the taste of sushi, because its carbon dioxide bubbles cleanse the palate and prepares for the next mouthful.
