IN NAPLES CELEBRATES THE PRINCE HARRY’S MARRIAGE WITH MEGHAN MARKLE

Appointment next Saturday, May 19, at 12 at Gran Caffè Gambrinus in Naples for a tribute to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who, at that time, will be married at Windsor Castle. The local historian of Piazza del Plebiscito, on the occasion of the Royal wedding, will offer regulars and tourists a slice of wedding cake dedicated to the British couple and a taste of “scones”.
The pastries typical of the English tea ritual will however be offered in a revisited double version. Some with lemon mascarpone and elder flowers, ingredients protagonists of the dessert chosen by Harry and Meghan for the big day; others, the taste of banana, much loved by the British prince, according to what we read on the tabloid of the Channel.
“Congratulations to the spouses from all the Gambrinus staff”, say Michele Sergio and Massimiliano Rosati, the third generation at the helm of the Cafè. Turning to the royal couple, the two owners express a wish: “Presidents of the Republic, Kings and Queens have always visited us, and we hope that soon the newlyweds Meghan and Harry decide to reach Naples to taste our specialties”.
