MARCELLO LIPPI ANNOUNCES THE RETREAT: “AFTER THE ASIA CUP BACK IN ITALY”

Five Italian championships, one cup and four Italian Super Cups, three championships and one Chinese Cup, one European and one Asian Champions League, one UEFA Cup, one Intercontinental and the 2006 World Cup. These and many individual prizes are part of the Marcello Lippi, one of the most successful Italian coaches of recent times. After having coached Napoli and Inter in Italy and having won almost everything with Juventus and the World Cup of Germany with the Azzurri, the Viareggio technician flew to China to make first a club experience and then with the national selection, with whom he has a contract expiring soon. Interviewed by Radio Anch’io Sport, Lippi announced his retirement at the end of this experience in the East.
